KAAS PLATEAU
The Kas Pathar or Kas Plateau is actually a breathtaking valley of flowers in the state of Maharashtra and situated in Satara.During monsoon season, especially in the month of August, the plateau comes to life, with picturesque view of various types flowers that carpet the floor of the plateau.There are more than 150 variety of flowers ,shrubs and grasses found here.

Vajrai Waterfall
The Vajrai Waterfall is just 27 km from the city of Satara, Maharashtra. It is situated near the Sahyadri hill and Kaas plateau region. The Vajrai waterfall is one of India's tallest waterfalls. Its height is around 1,840
feet.Especially not during in rainy season but also in entire season, it has a great flow of water.You will experience heavy rain fall here.
Thoseghar Water Fall
The Thoseghar is just 20 kms from the Satara city. It is situated at the beginning of Konkan Region. A 1000 feet waterfall makes the village very special. There are thousands of people come from all over Maharashtra to visit this place especially in Rainy season. You will experience the heavy rain fall here.
Sajjangad
Sajjangad is 15 kms from Satara City. Sajjangad is linked with a "Samarth Ramdas Swami". The Ramdas Swami was the spiritual master and Guru of King Shivaji.This place is situated on hill top.It is the final resting place of Sant Ramdas in 17th century India. His teachings and works written in books such as Dasbodh are read and followed by many people.
Shivsagar Lake Bamnoli
This is probably the easiest way to experience the lakes of switzerland, right in Maharashtra! Bamnoli village on the banks of the Shivsagar lake formed due to the Koyna dam is a small community of people, who mainly cater to the tourists wanting to visit Vasota fort, Nageshwar Shiv Temple and also Tapola.
